Return Policy Air
Rider knows how hard it can be to make a purchase over the Internet or by phone.
Not having the opportunity to see and touch something before you buy it can be
disconcerting at best. For this reason we at Air Rider have implemented a return
policy that we feel will be fair for both Air Rider and the Customer. Air Rider
will refund the entire purchase price (less shipping and handling) on any
product returned to Air Rider within 48 hours from the time customer accepts
delivery. Air Rider will
refund the entire purchase amount (less shipping and handling and a 10%
restocking fee) for any items returned to Air Rider (except gel pads) within 30
days from the time customer accepts delivery. Gel Pads fall under this same rule
except a 20% restocking fee will be imposed. Certain rules
must be met before product can be returned to Air Rider for credit. You must
call customer service to get an RGA number (returned goods authorization), or you
can fill out this form. The product
must be in new or like new and resellable condition. The product
must be in original packaging. A copy of
the original sale slip must accompany the product. Personal items such as do-rags, helmet liners, headskins, helmets, socks, gloves, and any other item Air Rider chooses to sell which comes in contact with your body are nonrefundable. Sales tax on any item purchased
from Air Rider, at any rally attended by Air Rider, out side of the state of
Tennessee is not refundable. You can file with the state the
item was purchased in directly for a sales tax refund. Any of Air Rider's many electronic
items that have been installed and used will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Further, any electronic item that has been altered (i.e : cutting or splicing
wires, painting, or in any way rendering the product unfit for resale) by the
customer or any agent acting for the customer will not refundable at all. Air
Rider hopes you understand the need to put such policy in place to protect both
our company and our customers. We hope you will find our return policy to be a
fair one for both. We at Air Rider are committed to doing everything in our
power to insure our customers satisfaction with our product and service. The
above policy may be subject to change from time to time without notice.
