WARRANTY
YOUR AIR RIDER PRODUCT IS WARRANTED AGAINST ALL DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER. THIS WARRANTY IS NON-TRANSFERABLE TO ANY PARTY OR ENTITY. AIR RIDER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PRORATE THE COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF YOUR PRODUCT DURING THE SECOND YEAR.
ALL WARRANTY RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCE BY CALLING AIR RIDER CUSTOMER SERVICE AT (800)251-6040 EXT. 12. RETURNS SHOULD SHOW SIGNS OF NORMAL WEAR TO QUALIFY FOR COVERAGE UNDER THE REPAIR PROCESS. DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLECT, ABUSE OR INCORRECT INSTALLATION (DETERMINED BY AIR RIDER) WILL NOT BE HONORED UNDER WARRANTY. YOUR PRODUCT MUST HAVE BEEN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED WITH YOUR PRODUCT.
OUR WARRANTY IS FOR THE DIRECT REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF OUR PRODUCT ONLY. THIS WARRANTY WILL NOT COVER LABOR COSTS OR ANY OTHER MATERIAL COSTS OCCURRED BY HAVING AN OUTSOURCED PROFESSIONAL OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO INSTALL YOUR PRODUCT.
ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE WARRANTY PROCESS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER. THE MANUFACTURER’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED (UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES) THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT.
PLEASE COMPLETE THE WARRANTY REGISTRATION AS COMPLETE AND ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE, RETURN IT TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THIS WILL REGISTER YOUR OWNERSHIP AND HELP ENSURE THE COVERAGE OF YOUR PRODUCT SHOULD YOU LOSE OR NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF PURCHASE.
AIR RIDER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO NOT HONOR ANY WARRANTY UNLESS THE WARRANTY REGISTRATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT WITHIN 90 DAYS OF DATE OF PURCHASE. PLEASE ATTACH A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT TO REGISTRATION.
